Section 24
Controller may issue instructions
The controller may issue instructions from time to time to compel the certifying body to comply with the obligations to be fulfilled according to this Act or the rules made under this Act regarding the issuance of certificates. It shall be the duty of the certifying body to comply with the instructions so issued.
